Exam Analyzer
This project has social relevance to TTU and will be useful to help improve teaching at Tech. The purpose of the system is to provide a means of evaluating exams and exam questions relative to student performance on those questions in one or more classes to determine the relevance of questions and assess what students have learned in a particular class at a particular time. This system will involve developing a database and determining what are the appropriate entries in the database, and methods to add entries to the database and make inquiries into the database. Linux/Unix is the preferred platform for this project. PHP and MYSQL are tools that might be appropriate in this work, although the team may look at other options in developing a design. Some prototype work will be done this semester and demonstrated. The system will be further developed and documented in the Spring semester by the same team in CS-4312. Work on this system should provide some good experience in useful skills.
